Structural Engineering

We know all there is to know about (large) infrastructure projects which include substantial and complex distribution of forces (loads), expensive raw materials, challenging implementation and geotechnical aspects.

We are aware of complex load distributions, use of (expensive) raw materials, geotechnical and challenging constructing conditions. We are strong in the design of bridges, viaducts and underpasses (including rail related project).

With regards to materials and structures, our strengths lie in concrete, steel and timber.

BIM Virtual Design

A revolution which gains momentum all the time. The design phase changes more often into a virtual design stage, in which connections are made, decisions are being taken and fail costs being reduced.

The combination of technical and practical knowledge and the availability of state-of-the-art software has made us the link between disciplines. We create the connection between theory and practice in a feasible, viable and practical way!

We have experience with modern BIM-related software such as Allplan, Revit, Navisworks, Tekla structures, Civil 3D and 3DS Max Design. This enables us to coordinate and record the contract requirements, validate design choices and control interfaces in a BIM from the tender phase onwards. This includes the implementation phase and even the management phase.

We take our role as advisor seriously and work a focused manner on surveys and consultations. We analyse and make practical choices. After all, a project can be realized in various ways. In the end, you expect a method/choice, preferable the choice/method of your advisor.

Project and Contract Management

Our ‘Project and Contract Management’ specialist group offers risk management, system engineering, quality assurance, system-oriented contract management (SCM) and H&S.

Our administrative and process-based supervision of contracts is comprehensive and knowledge-intensive. It covers system engineering, SCM, quality assurance, H&S requirements, payment packages and tender specifications. This entire system has to provide efficient support for the primary process, the design and construction.

Project and Contract management, we are the trustworthy partner when it comes to project control for the Contractor or for the owner or end-user. Obviously we are not representing both parties at the same time on one project, however we have the knowledge of working on both sides.
